About
Victoria MacPhail is a finance professional with experience spanning publicly traded corporations, high-growth startups, nonprofits, and small businesses. She began her career with Deloitte in Calgary, auditing private and public companies before moving into investor relations and corporate reporting with ATCO Group, where she gained firsthand experience supporting a large publicly traded organization.
In Chicago, Victoria worked as a Senior Associate with The Siegfried Group, providing accounting consulting and leadership advisory to a publicly traded fintech company. After returning home to Prince Edward Island, she worked remotely as VP of Finance for Kapoose Creek Bio, an innovative biotechnology startup, and later supported TruNorth Naturals, a Canadian functional mushroom company focused on bringing sustainably sourced wild-harvested mushroom products to market.
She also briefly served as Finance Manager for the Native Council of PEI, overseeing accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting for more than 20 government funding agreements supporting programs for off-reserve Indigenous communities.
Today, Victoria works with small businesses and purpose-driven organizations, providing bookkeeping, business planning, financial modelling, and grant support. She enjoys helping business owners build organized financial systems, understand their numbers, and make informed decisions with confidence.
